Based out of Los Angeles, Gypset Kitchen tries to follow epicurean ideals. We live modestly, eat simply, and constantly test the limits of our desires. We hope to one day find true tranquility in life, but until then, we embrace the chaos.

Gypset founder, Jessica Vardi, is a 20-something graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, who's curiosity led her to take on the world one plate at a time. Jessica is an avid gelato maker, loves traveling the Greek islands, and hopes to perfect the art of making bread.
